Based near Lampeter, Ceredigion we are happy to work on projects throughout Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
Specialising in a ‘turnkey’ approach, we will take on any projects, no matter how large or small, including residential, new builds, extensions or renovations and work on listed buildings. Offering a complete service, we will project manage, working with local reputable architects and on larger builds can offer monthly valuations by a quantity surveyor to keep track of the work and finances.
We also complete insurance work, including flood and fire damage, working for loss adjusters.
The quality of our work was recognised in April 2015 with the Ceredigion regional award for the best extension or alteration of an existing home as part of the LABC Cymru Building Excellence Awards. This project involving an old farmhouse included traditional stonework, purpose made timber windows, Welsh slate roof, wooden floors and ground source heating.
